SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We apply a standard, flat-rate shipping fee of $7.50 for between 1-3 hats anywhere in the continental United States.
For purchases over 3 hats we use goshippo.com to calculate the best shipping rate and pass that along to you.
All our hats are hand-packed and shipped from Idaho, USA.
If you have a specialty order we will discuss the shipping with you directly or you can email us at: support@never-solo.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you decide your purchase isn't quite right, just contact us and we'll be happy to refund you. Send an email to: support@never-solo telling us what is wrong with the product, your name, email, date of purchase and the product.
If you'd like a different product instead of a refund let us know that and we can let you know if there will be a cost for shipping.
Return your product to us unworn, in as-new condition, within 30 days of when the order was shipped and we'll process a full refund back to the original payment method.
After 30 days, if the product has not been worn or used, we will be able to offer website credit only. Refunds are issued within 2 weeks of the completion of the Never Solo return process.
Customers outside the United States are not eligible for return.
Returns are only accepted of products purchased from www.never-solo.com. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors or group purchases offline.
Unfortunately, as a small, family-run company we are not able to offer free shipping. This also helps us reduce waste from 'trial' customers and allows us to responsibly recycle returned product. We aim to operate efficiently and effectively and pass as much savings on to you as we can.
